Registration Notice for Self-Sponsored Students Admitted in UG Continuous and Distance Programs.

Announcement

Dear self-sponsored students admitted to the undergraduate continuous and distance programs, we are pleased to announce that registration for the first year, the first semester of the 2017 academic year will take place as follows:

1.       Registration Details

  •  Date: November 30, 2024 G.C(ሕዳር 21-22, 2017)
  •   Venues: Mattu Main Campus and Bedelle Wayessa Gota Secondary School
  • Registration is strictly limited to selected applicants. Non-selected individuals will not be allowed to register.
  • Late registration will not be permitted.
  • Click the link below to verify your name in the program list for which you applied. 
  • For inquiries or confirmation of your selection status, please contact the Main Registrar office

2.       Required Documents:

  •  Academic credentials (e.g., transcripts, certificates)
  •  A valid government-issued ID (original and a photocopy)
  • Recent passport-sized photographs ([4x])
  • Suspension File (1)

NB: 

  • We would like to bring to your attention an important update regarding the Civil Engineering and Water Resources & Irrigation Engineering programs.  For new admission into these programs, a minimum of 40 students is required. Unfortunately, the current number of admitted students in both programs is below this threshold.  
  • To ensure you have the opportunity to pursue your studies without delay, we strongly encourage you to consider registering for either program that aligns most closely with your interests and career goals.
