Mattu University has introduced the e-SHE program, an innovative online learning initiative designed to improve educational access and quality across Ethiopia. Developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, the e-SHE program aims to equip students with the skills needed to compete on a global scale through a comprehensive e-learning platform.

Mattu University now ranks among the top three institutions nationwide for its e-SHE program activities, ensuring that all courses are fully accessible online to support students in completing their studies efficiently and effectively. The program is overseen by the university’s ICT and E-Learning Coordinator, who plays a crucial role in managing its successful implementation.
