Mattu University has signed a consultancy service contract agreement with Adama Science and Technology University (ASTU) to revive and complete its long-stalled Network and Data Centre Project. Originally launched seven years ago, the project faced significant delays and was left incomplete due to disagreements with the former contractor. Under the new agreement, ASTU will take the lead in redesigning the technical framework and providing professional supervision to ensure the successful completion of the project. In addition to the Network and Data Centre components, the project scope includes the construction and integration of Smart Classrooms to enhance the university's digital infrastructure and learning environment. This collaboration marks a critical step toward strengthening ICT capacity and modernizing education at Mattu University.
