Message from Dr. Alemu Disassa, President of Mattu University

On behalf of Mattu University, I extend my warmest wishes for a happy, peaceful, and blessed Demera and Meskel celebration to the entire Mattu University community and all Ethiopian Christians observing this cherished holiday.

Demera and Meskel are deeply rooted in values of faith, unity, peace, compassion, hope, and mutual support. They remind us of the strength we gain when we stand together, care for one another, and work collectively for the wellbeing of our communities and our country.
