Welcome to Office of the E-Learning Management Directorate.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the E-Learning Management Directorate of our university. As the Director of E-Learning, I am proud to share our vision, mission, and commitment to advancing innovative teaching and learning experiences through technology.

Mattu University established its E-Learning Management Directorate in 2025, following the launch of the Ministry of Education’s e-SHE (e-Learning for Strengthening Higher Education) initiative. E-learning is transforming teaching and learning in Higher Education Institutions by providing accessible, relevant, quality, and affordable education. It allows universities to assess their digital infrastructure and skills while building the capacity of staff and students. In today’s rapidly changing world, education extends far beyond the traditional classroom. The digital era offers new opportunities to learn, teach, and collaborate without boundaries. At our university, we believe technology should not only complement education but also transform it into an inclusive, flexible, and impactful experience. Our office is dedicated to providing high-quality resources, modern tools, and the skills needed to thrive in a digital society.
