About the Department
Nursing is a backbone of health care system, as nurses produces demonstrable evidence that reveals contribution of nursing workforce in decreasing morbidity and mortality and increasing patient satisfaction. Therefore, nursing department is inspired to prepare competent professional nurses. In parallel with this predetermined role, Mattu University launched department of nursing under college of health science since 2013G.C. Starting from the time of establishment, department of nursing has been teaching in different programs. Currently, department of nursing is working as iconic for community service, research and teaching; both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Moreover, nursing department also contributes undergraduate in regular, post-basic and summer programs.
