Types of Services

1. Dining Services

Mattu University Directorate for students’ basic services currently features one dining hall eager to serve students in Ethiopian standard. The students dining meals are all the students care to eat. As a result, the concern of directorate is to make every dining experience a delicious and nutritious one. The dining service takes great care to plan menus that offer variety every day of the week for our students.

2. Dormitory Services

The quality of the living learning environment plays an important part in the University competence. Consequently, our dormitories are a place where the students live in a group that values friendship and academic success. In planning and operating the dormitories activities, the directorate aim to meet students’ needs in every way possible. However, an understanding of and respect for the rights of others is of utmost importance in making dormitory life successful. Therefore, the students’ cooperation and participation is helpful for the success of the students’ dormitory life.

3. Health Services

Being in good health is one of the basic prerequisite for good academic performance. Thus, the students’ basic service directorate is striving to provide the best care possible through our professionals in a manner that is welcoming and respectful of everyone.

4. Financial and Cost sharing Services

When the students decide to study at university they will make an investment in their future. The cost sharing office is established to help the students to access all the information they need with regard to monthly fee services in instead of food services.

5. Disability Support and Advice service

In case the students have a particular learning difficulty that may negatively impact upon their learning experience at Mattu University, it is quite helpful to consult us so that we provide support in all our areas of the services. If the students have special needs due to a disability, they should indicate themselves clearly in person so that we can allocate the most appropriate available room.
